The MasterFlute includes a progressive sheet alignment system that senses the sheet edges with optical sensors which eliminates mechanical stops and risks of sheet damage. The automatic and continuous glue gap applies a minimum amount of adhesive and therefore moisture, which helps the board dry faster and maintain board flatness that allows for faster die cutting.
This past November, Accurate Box Company installed its second MasterCut 1.7 flat-bed die cutter. The company now has a total of four BOBST high-performance flat-bed die cutters.
“Due to our rapid rise in sales over the last few years, we were thrilled to buy more equipment, and finalize plans for a major 150,000 sq. ft. addition on to our facility here in Paterson. These latest two machines have effectively increased our current capacity by 60%,” stated Lisa Hirsh, President and CEO.
