After the acquisition Norvik will hold 29% of the total shares of Bergs Timber.
Bergs Timber completes acquisition of Jarl Timber from Norvik
Bergs Timber AB announced that all conditions of the company's acquisition of Jarl Timber AB from Norvik Hf are met. Bergs Timber has completed the share issue of 46,338,430 shares of series B to Norvik resolved by the extraordinary general meeting on 28 June 2016. After the share issue Norvik will hold 29% of the total shares of Bergs Timber. The new shares will be registered and admitted to trading on the Nasdaq Stockholm which is expected about July 14, 2016.
