Canfor Pulp Products Inc. (“CPPI”) reported net income of C31.2 million ($23.4 million) for the 3Q 2015, compared to C$17.7 million ($13.3 million) for the 2Q 2015 and C$24.3 million ($18.3 million) for the 3Q 2014.

Nov 20, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. Canfor Pulp Products Inc. (“CPPI”) reported net income of C31.2 million ($23.4 million) for the 3Q 2015, compared to C$17.7 million ($13.3 million) for the 2Q 2015 and C$24.3 million ($18.3 million) for the 3Q 2014.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2015, the Company’s net income was C$76.9 million ($57.8 million), to C$68.8 million ($51.7 million) for the nine months ended September 30, 2014.

After adjusting for items affecting comparability with the prior periods, the Company’s adjusted net income for the 3Q 2015 was C$34.8 million ($26.2 million), compared to an adjusted net income of C$13 million ($9.8 million) for the 2Q 2015.

Commenting on the third quarter’s results, CPPI’s CEO, Don Kayne, said, “Both our pulp and paper businesses performed very well during the quarter, delivering strong results despite some weakening in global market conditions.”
