Grafton Group plc has completed the acquisition of Allsand Supplies
Limited (“Allsands”), a DIY, trade timber and builders merchant located in Larkfield, Kent, England, as the company said in the press
release received by Lesprom Network.
Allsands reported revenue of GBP 6 million ($8.6 million) in the year to
31 March 2015. This bolt-on
acquisition enhances market coverage and complements the existing branch
network in the South East of England.
