Feb 03, 2016. /Lesprom Network/. Grafton Group plc has completed the acquisition of Allsand Supplies Limited (“Allsands”), a DIY, trade timber and builders merchant located in Larkfield, Kent, England, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Allsands reported revenue of GBP 6 million ($8.6 million) in the year to 31 March 2015. This bolt-on acquisition enhances market coverage and complements the existing branch network in the South East of England.

Grafton Group plc is the builders merchanting and DIY Group with operations in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands and Belgium.
