Shorr Packaging Corp opens a new distribution and warehouse facility in Dallas, Texas. This new facility will house a more readily available supply of customer dedicated inventory and a larger selection of corrugated stock and regular consumables such as tape, stretch film, and poly products.
Positioned in the Wildlife Commerce Park within Grand Prairie, Texas, the new 86,000 square-foot facility will provide Shorr its own location with over four times the amount of space previously utilized. With space to expand, the new location provides 32' clear ceilings, 22 dock doors and 40 trailer parking spots.
This location marks the third new region for Shorr since 2014 and will create jobs in sales, customer service, purchasing, equipment service, corrugated designers, and warehouse fulfillment.
