Hoft's professional career spans 25 years, most of those in senior management positions as an experienced communications and marketing research professional with leading public and private sector organizations in southern Africa and Canada. She has also operated successfully as an independent consultant in corporate communications, community relations, stakeholder and marketing research in several industries including electricity and telecommunications, agriculture, retail, engineering, contracting and financial services. She also served as community relations manager for BC Hydro's Thompson Okanagan Columbia Region. Janice Lockyer also joined Tolko’s Communications department recently as communications advisor. She has vast communications experience within the health and broadcasting industry and government relations in New Foundland and Labrador. Maritza Reilly completes the team as communications coordinator.
