Ro.galegno srl was founded in 1999 in Capo d’Orlando (Messina) as a producer of fruit and fish market packaging, initially employing four workers. In 2004, the company diversified into wooden pallet production for local companies in the plastics, cement, and citrus sectors, increasing staff to ten. In 2006, Ro.galegno installed a heat treatment furnace for pallets and obtained the voluntary phytosanitary mark FITOK-IPPC to enable overseas exports. In 2008, it acquired a 38,000 m² site in Mirto and began building a new facility in 2010. A generational change in 2013 introduced new entrepreneurial ideas, strengthening its competitive position in Sicily and nationwide. Currently, the company employs 25 people and produces approximately 3,000 pallets daily using advanced automated machinery.
