Bliffert Lumber & Hardware announced that it has merged with Chase Lumber and its three locations in Sun Prairie, DeForest, and McFarland, Wisconsin. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Chase Lumber has already been re-bannered as “Chase Lumber, A Bliffert Family Company.”
Bliffert noted that by adding the Chase Lumber locations, the dealer can provide Madison area customers with an improved range of services, products, and support.
Chase Lumber has been serving south central Wisconsin and the surrounding area since 1897 specializing in lumber, millwork, windows, cabinets, decking, kitchens and baths.
Bliffert Lumber & Hardware has served contractors and homeowners in southeastern Wisconsin for over 115 years. The dealer is now in its fifth generation of Bliffert family ownership and operates 13 locations. The dealer is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
