The logs are fed onto the feed deck by wheel loader.
The logs are separated by an equaliser.
The logs are aligned with a roller table and the infeed into the sawing line is done by a star feeder.
- Input measurement: KEBA - 2D input measurement
for stray log detection/knot detection
- 3D input measurement: ALFHA LOG 3D (2016)
Logs with curvature or ovality are turned in in a value-optimised way.
