Silvi Fabrizio was established in 1996 initially as a simple carpentry production and support service for construction companies. Around the early 2000s, the company specialized in the realization of more complex structures. In 2006, it acquired a new sawing plant that significantly accelerated processing, enabling more advanced projects. In 2015, the company added a new CNC plant allowing it to supply pre-cut materials to clients. Operating for over 20 years in wooden carpentry production (trusses, beams, joists, and boards), Silvi Fabrizio has specialized in increasingly complex structures. In 2005, after a training process, it constructed its offices using the Ballom Frame system, a construction method combining advanced structural engineering with innovative technologies. This approach aims to enhance environmental sustainability and building quality, improving occupant wellbeing and environmental impact. The method attracted interest from visitors and clients, especially those focused on bio-building themes, prompting the company to deepen its expertise. Partnerships with specialized South Tyrolean suppliers have provided additional know-how in construction technology and roof technical physics.
