Project title: "Construction of a plant for deep wood processing".
Initiator of the project: Alexander Kalinkin, Director and owner (85%) of Bioaktiv LLC, Minsk, Belarus.
Place of project implementation: Republic of Belarus, Gomel region.
Capacity of the plant: from 100,000 m3 of round wood per year.
Main products: high-quality edged lumber, intended for sale in the EU countries and fuel pellets (pellets).
The project budget is 21,839,195 Euros.
Today, the Republic of Belarus has created the most attractive conditions for investment. By his decree, the President provides investors with huge preferences.
In Belarus, a lot of cheap (35-40 euro / 1m3) and high-quality raw materials (pine, spruce).
For comparison: the cubic meter of pine sawlog in Finland in August 2019 had a cost 61 euros/m3, spruce sawlog - 64.8 euros/m3 (this is stated in the report of the Natural Resources Institute Finland; Luke).

I offer a good percentage for using your money (much higher than in your country).
I propose to transfer 50% of the rights to own the plant (for life) to the real partner free of charge.
