Biofuel Congress

The program of the VIII Biofuel Congress has been formed, which will be held from March 14 to 15, 2023 in St. Petersburg.

The Congress will be opened by the section "Analytics and International Markets". Within the framework of the section, we will discuss the state of the Russian timber industry and global trends in the development of green energy. Let's analyze the European biofuel market, what happens on it after the departure of Russian companies and whether it is possible to preserve Russian products on it. Let's consider the South Korean market, its potential, specifics.

One of the key events is the section "Internal market. What is necessary for its development?".

Today, when there is a reduction in the export of pellets to international markets, producers pay more attention to domestic consumption of biofuels. Industry associations are taking a number of initiatives in this direction. During the work of the section, these initiatives will be discussed, how federal and regional regulators treat them, and how the business community reacts to them.

Within the section "Technological solutions for the effective use of low-demand wood. Biofuels, HTMM, energy, new products" experts will talk about innovative processing technologies, promising areas, new products and solutions.
