Canada's lumber production fell 8.5% from October to 5 294.8 thousand cubic metres of lumber in November. Production was 10% lower than in November 2017, as Statistics Canada said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Sawmills shipped 5 249.7 thousand cubic metres of lumber in November, down 7% from October and 6% lower than in November 2017.
