Duni will buy the currently leased logistics facilities in Osnabrück, Germany, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
The purchase will take place in January 2017 and affect Duni´s net debt and fixed assets with approximately SEK 55 million ($6 million). The change will have an annual positive EBIT effect of approximately SEK 4 million ($434,782).
Duni is a provider of food service and airline catering supplies such as paper napkins, table covers, plastic cups and other dinnerware.
