Canada-based Planet Paper Group announces the acquisition of TRICOR POP in Cleveland, Ohio, USA.
This acquisition expands Planet Group's service to US markets and enhances End-to-End Display, Packaging and Merchandising Solutions. The family-owned business will operate as Planet Display & Packaging Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The combined group designs and manufactures corrugated and permanent displays for the retail industry and offers fulfillment and distribution services. The combined companies' packaging offerings and fulfillment capabilities expand Planet Group's footprint and will improve its ability to provide North American customers with end-to-end merchandising solutions.
Similar to Planet Group, Tricor uses market research and an integrated merchandising model to provide customers with value-added insight and end-to-end solutions.
