Supremex Inc. has acquired substantially all of the assets of Quebec -based Durabox Paper Inc., a manufacturer of specialty corrugated paper boxes.

Founded in 2002, Durabox Paper Inc. is one of the few remaining independent corrugators in North America and is a dominant player in their core segment. Durabox generated approximately $8 million in revenues in their last fiscal year.John Nickoletopoulos, President, and the management team will remain with the company.
