Viridis Energy Inc. announced the resignation of director Joseph M. Zappulla. Mr. Zappulla resigned, effective immediately, to focus on the increasing demands of his investment banking and business activities.
Mr. Zappulla has served on the board of directors of Viridis Energy Inc. since September 2012 and has been a diligent and active member of board as chairman of the compensation and serving on the audit and governance committees.
Viridis Energy is a publicly traded, “Cleantech” manufacturer and distributor of renewable energy providing wood pellet biomass to global residential and industrial markets.
