Altri's Board of Directors has decided to alter of the executive management model, aiming to better address the market challenges and giving coherence to the philosophy of management that the company has already in place, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Therefore, the chairman of the Board of Directors of Altri, Paulo Fernandes, will be Co-CEO and the vice-chairman, João Borges de Oliveira, will be, also, Co-CEO.

The other members of the board, Domingos Matos, Laurentina Martins, Pedro Borges de Oliveira and Ana Rebelo de Mendonça will remain in their positions.

Altri is a Portuguese company leader in the paper pulp production and forest management.
