Apr 29, 2016. /Lesprom Network/. The Supervisory Board of Arctic Paper S.A. has relieved Wolfgang Lübbert, the President of the Management Board and CEO from his duties and appointed him as Member of the Management Board.

The Supervisory Board has also adopted a resolution on entrusting the function of acting President of the Management Board and CEO to Per Skoglund, Member of the Management Board.

Arctic Paper S.A. is a Poland-based holding company engaged in the paper industry. The Company divides its business into three segments of graphic paper: Fine paper, Newsprint, and Magazine paper.
