Aug 18, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. The National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES) announced the approval of financial resources to TANAC for investment in its wood pellet plant, which is being constructed in the City of Rio Grande, Brazil.

This enterprise will strengthen the acaciculture activity in the State of Rio Grande do Sul.

The value approved by the BNDES was of approximately R$ 60 million ($17.3 million). The other resources required for the project were provided by the Banks ITAÚ BBA, BRADESCO and LBBW. The total investment in the project is of R$ 160 million ($46.2 million).
