C&M Conveyor announced it has promoted industry veteran Randy Grube to Chief Operating Officer. Grube formerly served as C&M Conveyor's vice president of sales and customer service; prior to that, he was director of field operations.
Since joining the company in 2013, he has been part of the management team directing C&M Conveyor's growth initiative to add capacity and new products and to increase productivity in all areas of the company's operations.
Before joining C&M Conveyor, Grube was a corporate project manager for six years with Packaging Corporation of America, Lake Forest, IL, and production manager and senior project engineer for 13 years with Smurfit-Stone Container, Chicago, IL.
C&M Conveyor, Inc. designs, manufactures and sells material handling equipment in the U.S. and internationally.
