The Board of Directors of CPH Chemie + Papier Holding AG has appointed Richard
Unterhuber as new CFO of the CPH Group. He will join the CPH Group on 1 October
and will take over as CFO from Deputy CFO Marcel Bernet, who is performing
these duties on an interim basis following the departure of former CFO Manfred
Häner at the end of February, as the company says in the press release received
by Lesprom Network.
Mr. Unterhuber will also be a member of CPH Group Executive Management,
reporting directly to Group CEO Dr. Peter Schildknecht.
CPH Chemie + Papier Holding AG is a diversified, international
industrial group based in Switzerland.
Its activities include developing, producing and selling chemicals, paper and
packaging films.
