Coldwater signed technology license and supply agreement with IBS

Under the terms of the agreement IBS has acquired the exclusive rights outside of the US to Coldwater's FabCurl edge control technology. Coldwater will continue to supply and support the product line in the US. The agreement also names Coldwater as IBS's preferred global supplier for UHMW drainage elements and suction roll seals. Coldwater is a manufacturing company specializing in products for the pulp and paper industry. It’s the world's largest manufacturer of suction roll sealing strips and one of the largest manufacturers of paper machine drainage elements. The company manufactures premium rubber/graphite and composite materials for seal strips and end deckles, and offers a variety of premium UHMW and ceramic products for formation and drainage. It also offers a wide selection of air load tubing, fittings, and accessories, plus Lexan™ Headbox sheets and seals for PV (Pocket Ventilation) rolls.
