DS Smith proposed acquisition of Parish Manufacturing Inc. The acquisition, which is subject to certain customary completion conditions, complements DS Smith's expertise and leading position in the Flexible Packaging and Liquid Dispensing markets under its Rapak™ brand. Completion of the proposed acquisition is expected during the 1Q 2017, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
