Messrs Carsten Doehring, Managing Director of Ilim Timber Germany and Serge Raison, Managing Director of the hardwood sawmill Raison Bois & Debit were elected as Vice-Presidents responsible for softwood and hardwood matters respectively.
Newly elected to the EOS Board was Mr. Sampsa Auvinen, CEO of Norvik Timber, Mr. Christoph Kulterer, Managing Director of Hasslacher Holding GmbH and Mr. Esa Kaikkonen, Executive Vice-President of Metsä Wood.
The European Organisation of the Sawmill Industry aisbl (EOS) is an international non-profit organisation that represents the interests of the sawmill industries on European and international level. EOS currently gathers the national sawmilling associations of thirteen European countries.
