Konetsgorsky Forestry (Arkhangelsky region) Launched New Timber-Harvesting Line

Kontsegorsky forestry (owned by Solombalsky saw and timber industrial mill) launched a new semi-automatic timber-harvesting machine LO-15A with a total production capacity of 122 cub cm per shift, Solombalsky public-affairs told Lesprom.ru. The new production line worth 1,2 million rubles was supplied by Uralsky machinery plant. The launch of a new production line will elevate the efficiency and safety of separating switches into assortments. The company will no longer make primitive work during summertime and will boost labour productivity, Kontsegorsky executive director Evgeny Batalov said. Besides the company will increase commercial timber production due to comfortable working conditions and will concentrate more on the separation of switches into assortments. - This is an opportunity for us to elevate the level of production culture, - Batalov concluded.
