Latvijas Finieris receivedAuthorised Economic Operator (AEO) certificate.Latvijas Finieris is the first producer in Latvia that has been granted AEO certificate, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
The certificate consists of two parts: customs simplification (AEOC); and security and safety (AEOS). Latvijas Finieris has a combination of the two.
To obtain the certificate the compliance to the following criteria has been audited for two years: compliance with customs legislation and taxation rules, proven practical standards of competence or professional qualifications, appropriate security and safety measures.
