OX Industries announced several operation management changes. Mark Wallace has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations. Jeff Lyman has been named the new Vice President of Mill Operations. Tim Michaels has been named the Vice President of Tube & Core Operations. Michael Raymond will be the new General Manager of the Constantine Mill.

OX Industries announces operation management changes

OX Industries announced several operation management changes. Mark Wallace has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations.He began his career in 1992 at the Newark Group in their mill division.He spent 7 years with Corenso North America involved with their mill and tube and core divisions.He has been a valuable member of the OX Industries executive team since 2012 and has built a great team to lead OX into the future.

Jeff Lyman has been named the new Vice President of Mill Operations.Jeff has been the General Manager of the Pekin Mill for the last six years.

Tim Michaels has been named the Vice President of Tube & Core Operations.Tim has been the General Manager at the Constantine Mill for four years. Prior to coming to OX, Tim was the Plant Manager at Corenso’s Tube & Core operation for nine years and Plant Manager at Western Container for two years.

Michael Raymond will be the new General Manager of the Constantine Mill.Michael comes to OX from Caraustar Industries where he was the General Manager.Before working for Caraustar, he was the Plant Manager at The Newark Group Mobile Paperboard and The Newark Group Haverhill Paperboard, as well as various other supervisory positions through the years.
