Rengo Co., Ltd. has acquired a 100% stake in Sanwa Danboru Co., Ltd. in Japan, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Rengo will strengthen the cooperation between Sanwa Danboru and neighboring plants directly managed by Rengo, as well as the Rengo group companies, and will continue to expand the corrugated packaging business of group companies in Shikoku region.
Sanwa Danboru is a corrugated packaging manufacturer which operates mainly in the Southwestern area of Kochi Prefecture. It was founded in 1961, has been soundly managed since its founding, and has a solid customer base.
