Rottneros appoints Roger Mattsson from Arctic Paper as Chair of Nominating Committee, with Peter Gyllenhammar (Bronsstädet AB) and Rune Ingvarsson (Chair of the Board of Rottneros AB) as other members, the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

The 2014 AGM resolved to have the following composition for the Nominating Committee prior to the 2015 AGM: the Chair of the Board, who shall not chair this committee, and two additional members, one of whom will represent the company's largest shareholder and the other who will represent one of the company's other four largest shareholders. Neither of these two committee members may be a member of the board.

Rottneros is an independent producer of market pulp.
