Jan 16, 2012. /Lesprom Network/. Stringfellow Lumber Company has sold the assets of its Engineered Wood Products Division to Cedar Creek. As a result of this sale, Cedar Creek will lease the facilities currently being used by Stringfellow EWP, as Random Lengths reported.
Stringfellow Lumber Wholesale/Distribution division is not affected by this transaction and continues to operate as a subsidiary of Jemison Investment Co. of Birmingham, Alabama, USA.
Cedar Creek's new office will serve customers in Alabama and portions of Mississippi, Florida, and Georgia. Ron Westmoreland is the branch manager.
