Frank as the President and CEO effective May 2, 2012, as the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network. Mr. Frank comes to TimberWest with an extensive background in the natural resources industry at the executive level, most recently as the Chief Executive of Global Oil Europe and Finance for BP in London, England. Mr. Frank has also recently held the positions of President, BP Energy Company in Houston, Texas, and President and CEO of BP Canada Energy Company in Calgary, Alberta. Mr. Frank also spent ten years at Natural Resources Canada in Ottawa and has the benefit of extensive private and public sector experience. The Board is delighted to have Mr. Frank join TimberWest in this key leadership role. The Board on behalf of the owners, is looking to TimberWest to expand its presence in the Canadian and international timberland business. Mr. Frank replaces Ms. Bev Park who provided steady leadership as Interim President and CEO of TimberWest following the sale of TimberWest to private owners in 2011.
