Ocolul Silvic Lăzăreni R.A. was established in 2015 for the management of the forest fund owned by the local councils of Lăzăreni and Finiș. The company aims for sustainable management of forests, contributing to environmental improvement and ensuring the wood supply for both industry and the population. It manages a forest area of 16,587 hectares, predominantly consisting of beech, oak, and coniferous species.
