With effect from 9th April 2018 the trade and assets of Boxes and Packaging (Glasgow) Ltd. have been acquired by Pallet 2 Packaging Ltd. The business will continue to trade under its new owners, who are established industry professionals with the experience and skills required to refocus the business and move it forward to continue to supply the Scottish timber market. Boxes and Packaging will now focus on strengthening its leading position within the Scottish sheet plant sector.
Boxes and Packaging will ensure a smooth handover of the business; no major changes are planned for the business in the short term.
Pallet 2 Packaging Limited is a newly created joint venture between the owners of Scott Group, the UK’s leading supplier of timber pallet and packaging solutions, and Pallet 2 Ltd who are an emerging provider of reconditioned pallets.
Boxes and Packaging offers the UK’s largest independent national sheet plant network, supplying a full range of customers with the design and manufacture of bespoke corrugated packaging solutions and in-house printing, along with a range of ancillary packaging products.
