Veneer composing technologies

The EFA serves to join and glue both veneer edges to a single veneer sheet in a continuous process. A single person is sufficient for operation. The joining is carried out by means of milling cutters, the subsequent gluing of the edges by means of the glue wheel. Different thick and wavy veneers are always perfectly executed and pressed flat by pressure rollers with cellar belts. A compressed air system allows easy and quick adjustment of the pressure rollers. . Veneer thickness 0.8 to 6.0 vv + tension decrease 0-22 mm per edge + funer length min. 420 mm max 2700 mm (with special opening up to 3300 mm) + veneer width min. 60 mm max. 800 mm + feed 1st unit c. 106 m / min.
