ECO2 Forests Inc., an international sustainable forestry company focused on reforestation and carbon sequestration projects, announced the opening their Australian office as the company expands into the Asia Pacific region, the company said in a press release received by Lesprom Network.
ECO2 Forests' Australian office will focus on the acquisition, implementation and operation of Global Forestry Plan projects within the Asia Pacific Region with particular focus on developing Pacific Nations and on mined land rehabilitation projects 'Down Under.'
Based in Queensland, Australia, ECO2 Forests' recently appointed COO, Ray Smith be further appointed to the role of Managing Director, Asia Pacific Region and head up the regional office.
