Southeast Building Supply Interests (“SBSI”) has acquired Builders Supply Company, adding three Tennessee locations to its existing network. The transaction expands SBSI's footprint in the state where it already operates through Wallace Building Supply and brings the company's total locations to 14 across the Carolinas, Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee.

Builders Supply operates from its headquarters in Tullahoma, Tennessee offering dimensional lumber, engineered wood products, millwork, windows and doors, roofing, siding, and plumbing and electrical supplies. The company also provides jobsite delivery and project coordination services to contractors, homebuilders and remodelers across mid-state Tennessee.

Current owners Bubba Ingleburger and Carl Dixon will remain with Builders Supply in advisory roles, working alongside SBSI President Tom Tolleson.

SBSI continues to pursue further expansion across the southeastern United States.
