Boise Cascade Company announced an agreement to acquire assets of Norman Distribution, Inc., a distributor of engineered wood products (EWP), commodity lumber items, and specialty building materials located in the Medford, Oregon market.
The acquisition is expected to be complete in the coming weeks.
Boise Cascade is one of the largest producers of engineered wood products and plywood in North America and a leading U.S. wholesale distributor of building products.
