Operating income was $21.4 million for the six months ended July 1, 2017, compared to operating income of $38.6 million for the same period last year, a decline of 44.6%.
Adjusted EBITDA was $30.2 million for the three months ended July 1, 2017, compared to $37.5 million for the same period last year. Adjusted EBITDA was $61.4 million for the six months ended July 1, 2017, compared to $72.4 million for the same period last year.
