As early Lesprom Network announced, DOK Kalevala started production of OSB panels in August 2013 and till December 2013 sold 50 thousand cubic metres of oriented strand boards.
Currently DOK Kalevala produces 850 cubic metres of OSB per day. Until the end of 2014 DOK Kalevala may reach capacity of 300 thousand cubic metres OSB panels.
Second phase of production the company plans to build in 2015. After starting the second stage plant may produce 500 thousand cubic metres of OSB.
