The company, which is located in Warsaw, is mainly engaged in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry, is said to be the leader in this branch in Poland, and distinguishes itself through high quality and modern production processes. ELDRUCK achieved approx. 20 million Zloty or around 5 million Euro in total sales with approx. 100 employees in 2004.

Feb 21, 2005. /Lesprom Network/. Carl Edelmann GmbH & Co. KG has taken over 60% of shares of the Polish folding carton manufacturer ELDRUK Zaklad Poligraficzny Sp. z.o.o on January 18. The company, which is located in Warsaw, is mainly engaged in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry, is said to be the leader in this branch in Poland, and distinguishes itself through high quality and modern production processes. ELDRUCK achieved approx. 20 million Zloty or around 5 million Euro in total sales with approx. 100 employees in 2004. Due to the majority holding of ELDRUCK Edelmann is now for the first time present in Eastern Europe with its own production site. "The new subsidiary will be especially interesting to our internationally acting customers such as Hexal, Glaxo or Novartis which are active in Poland and other eastern European countries", emphasizes Edelmann Managing Director Joachim Lange. Boleslaw Jankowski, who founded the company 20 years ago and who has gradually build it up, will remain Managing Director of ELDRUCK.
