Graham Holdings Company has completed the acquisition of Hoover Treated Wood Products, Inc. The purchase price was not disclosed, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Founded in 1955, Hoover Treated Wood Products, Inc., a Thomson, GA-based supplier of pressure impregnated kiln-dried lumber and plywood products for fire retardant and preservative applications.
