Graphic Packaging Holding Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary
Graphic Packaging International, Inc., have completed the sale of their
Multi-wall Bag business to Mondi Group. The divested assets included 9
converting plants located throughout the United
States and the Pine
Bluff, Arkansas kraft
paper mill, as the
company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
