Inapa has completed the merger of the former Papyrus France with Inapa France. Inapa France will be now operating as one company, under the internally Inapa Group ERP system (ISI) and the same brand, Inapa France, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
The merger by absorption of the former Papyrus France creates the market leader in French paper distribution market, Inapa France, with a turnover of approximately Euro 300 million and 300 employees.
Inapa is a Portugal-based paper merchant.
