The company has raised its forecast to 50.5 billion yen ($530 million) from 47 billion yen ($493 million). The company carried out price hikes for some paper products in the April-September first half and is planning to continue price hike negotiations for other products in the second half. Oji Paper also expected crude oil prices to increase its production costs in the following period.
