Esa-Matti Puputti has a strong leadership track record from various global supply chain management roles, including manufacturing and production technology.
"Kemira is targeting Euro 2.7 billion revenue with 15% EBITDA margin in 2017. In this new role, Esa-Matti will be leading Kemira's business process development with an aim to improve the way of working and the efficiency and agility of our end to end processes. He will be heading Kemira's global supply chain management, sourcing, product stewardship and regulatory affairs functions, as well as the Gdansk business service center.
