Korsnas Packaging acquired majority holding in Sacchificio Tordera S.p.A.

Korsnas Packaging AB, owned by Seguezhsky PPM (Karelia Republic, Russia), has acquired majority holding in Sacchificio Tordera S.p.A., producing 100 million of paper sacks per annum, Seguezhsky PPM press-service reported. Sacchificio Tordera S.p.A was founded in Varese, Italy, 60 years ago and is well known in sector of paper sacks production. Mikele Graglia will continue as director general and principal shareholder. After recent acquisition of Korsnas Packaging by Seguezhsky PPM the purchase of majority holding in Tordera is next step toward achievement of leading position in the world in the area of paper sacks production.
