Lincoln Hill Holdings, LLC announced that its newly formed portfolio company, Fibre Tec Packaging, LLC, has acquired substantially all of the assets of Fibre-Tec Partitions, LLC.
Fibre Tec will continue serving its 500+ customers from its 63,000 sq. ft. facility in Chicago, IL.
Graham Balentine, a Principal at Lincoln Hill who will be taking an active role in Sales and Business Development at Fibre Tec, said, "Fibre Tec has differentiated itself in the partitions space with a focus on quality, customer service and innovation. We believe that Lincoln Hill's growth capital and operational support will allow the Company to better serve both new and existing customers."
Fibre Tec, based in Chicago, IL, is a market leader in the packaging and partition market producing both fiber and corrugated partitions and pads.
