Nippon Paper Papylia has
obtained ISO 22000 certification, an international standard for food safety
management systems, at the Kochi Mill in Japan, which produces high value-added
specialty paper, as the company said in the press release received
by Lesprom Network.
The Kochi Mill is a long-standing paper mill that commenced
its operation in 1886 in Ino-cho, along the clear Niyodo River. This town is
renowned for traditional Japanese paper. Even today, it produces high
value-added paper products for special applications from a variety of fiber
materials.
